Support Team

Now Hiring: Grants Manager

This full-time position oversees the full lifecycle of our grant programs, including Arts and Cultural Heritage funding, across nine counties in west central Minnesota. Day to day, that means serving as the primary point of contact for applicants, managing the application and review process, maintaining accurate records, and keeping everything running with precision. You'll work directly with our Executive Director and staff, and your work will be visible to the board and to the artists and organizations we serve.

We're looking for someone who brings organizational rigor and genuine enthusiasm for the people behind the applications. Experience in grants, nonprofit administration, or a related field is a plus, as is familiarity with Microsoft Office and web-based platforms.
