The LRAC Public Documents page provides public access to information such as LRAC By Laws, funding proposals and final reports for the MN State Arts Board and the McKnight Foundation, LRAC business meeting minutes, and our IRS 990 financial report. The documents presented are for the current fiscal year. Requests for past documents may be made to the LRAC office. LRAC conducts our business in compliance with the spirit of Minnesota's Open Meeting Law and with the intent to be transparent in our stewardship of the funds entrusted to us by the taxpayers of Minnesota and The McKnight Foundation.
