This special exhibition celebrates the 9th anniversary of LRAC’s Artist Cohort Program. Since its inception in 2017, more than 44 talented artists have participated in this unique 10-month program, focusing on career development, artist-led talking circles, and professional development workshops, Work of Art: Business Skills for Artists, in collaboration with Springboard for the Arts.

John Magnuson

John Magnuson is a Fergus Falls based mixed media artist whose works blends acrylics, inks, and found materials. Known for giving objects a second life, his style merges from abstract and representational elements, creating layered looks that invites a deeper exploration from the viewer. For Magnuson, art making is both intuitive and essential, resulting in a varied body of work. Make sure to come and see this dynamic and colorful exhibition.
