LRAC is proud to announce the seven recipients of our Fall Project Grant Round for FY23. These projects, ranging in a variety of artistic disciplines, will begin taking place after November 16, 2022.
FY22 Grant Update: MSUM School of Art
Over the years, LRAC has proudly supported a number of projects that showcase the strength and unity of rural communities across the Lake Region. One of these projects, funded by one of our 2022 Organizational Legacy Grants, went to a worthy cause in Clay County to create and implement five large-scale murals on behalf of Churches United for the Homeless in Moorhead.
Eight Artists Selected to Receive Artist Quick Start Grant Funding
On Tuesday, September 20, 2022, eight artists within the LRAC 9-county region were selected for this year’s Artist Quick Start Grants. Funded by a grant from the Lake Region Arts Council through The McKnight Foundation, each artist will be awarded $1,000 to go towards activities and projects resulting in career development and artistic achievement.
