Jan Jackola

Jan lives in Osage, MN. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts, Visual Arts from Bemidji State, University, with an emphasis in painting and drawing. Her arts experience also includes an interest in design and some work with photography. She is currently employed as a Program Coordinator in Community Vitality, at the University of MN Extension office in Moorhead. She considers herself an appreciator and consumer of music and theatre.

Her reasons for joining the LRAC Board include an interest in systems and communities, seeing the administrative side of the arts, and experiencing grant writing from the “backside”. With children that are grown with successful lives of their own, Ms. Jackola is able to commit time to serve on the LRAC Board.
