Funding for the Lake Region Arts Council (LRAC) programs and services is provided primarily through an appropriation from the Minnesota Legislature and the McKnight Foundation.
LRAC serves a nine-county area of West Central Minnesota that includes, Becker, Clay, Douglas, Grant, Otter Tail, Pope, Stevens, Traverse and Wilkin counties.
